The Oregon Renaissance Band presents "Most Eloquent Music: Shakespearean Song" a concert of music mentioned in Shakespeare's plays performed by a seven member ensemble of voices and period instruments including viola da braccio, viola da gamba, recorder, sackbutt, bagpipe, dulcian, sordune, rackett and percussion. Composers include Thomas Morley, Antony Holborne and John Playford. References to each piece will be quoted from the plays involved.
